Can I pause my subscription?

You can pause your subscription whenever you need to take a break from your learning journey, providing you with flexibility.

What is the study material?

The study material is thoughtfully curated to provide a diverse and engaging learning experience. It includes a mix of inspiring TED Talks, informative videos, concise book summaries, enriching podcasts, and more.

Why is there a waitlist?

During the early beta phase, we have a limited number of seats available for each cohort to provide the best support for every learner. Those with an invitation code can bypass the waitlist. If you don't have an invitation code, don't worry - we will contact you as soon as there are free seats in a cohort.

Who is selecting the content, how do you ensure good quality?

Is the diploma an official degree?

The diploma is not an official degree; there are no ECTS points to gain. However, it serves as a valuable recognition of your learning, growth, and self-development in the specific study area, which is well-recognized within the industry.

In what language is "High Five Academy" available?

In our early Beta version, the content is only available in English. However, you can also choose to speak in German during the conversation with the learning coach and the AI Tutor.

How does the AI tutor use my data?

The AI tutor LISA uses your input data solely to generate personalised tutoring sessions. It processes your queries and responses to provide customised explanations, practice questions, and feedback. Only your first name is shared with LISA and no personal data is stored or used beyond the scope of your current session.

Where does my data go?

Any data you provide is sent to the AI tutor through a secure connection for processing. The AI, powered by OpenAI API, temporarily accesses your data to respond to your queries and assist in your learning. Per our API terms with OpenAI, OpenAI does not use any data we share with them for service improvements (including model training).

Do you read my conversations with the 1:1 tutor?

We analyze anonymized conversations to enhance the learning experience, particularly in areas like exercises. For a more personalized coaching journey, we recommend allowing your coach to review your learning conversations with LISA. You can adjust this preference at any time.
